QUALITY ASSURANCE SURVEY
In our continuing effort to provide the highest quality of both 9-1-1 (Emergency), and 3-1-1 (Informational) services for the citizens of Miami County, we are seeking your response. If you recently had the occasion to utilize the Miami County 9-1-1 System, or if you have contacted the MCCC for non-emergency assistance, we are asking you to complete, and submit our MCCC Quality Assurance Survey. The responses received from the survey will let us know "how we are doing," and will be used to help us improve our services to you in the future.
Please limit your responses to your contact experience with the Miami County Communication Center (9-1-1/3-1-1 Telecommunicator) staff; we are not soliciting input regarding individual service providers or agencies (Police-Fire-EMS).
